Can't
Login To Your Tutor Account?
If you can't
login to your tutor account, it could be
due to one of these reasons:
- Either the username
or password is incorrect.
- Your tutor account
has been deregistered by our automated
deregistration system.
To confirm whether your
account is still active or has been
deleted, please type in this web address: http://nextlevel.com.my/tutor/USERNAME
or http://nextlevel.com.sg/tutor/USERNAME,
where USERNAME is your username. If
you see your tutor profile page appears,
it means that your account is still
active. Otherwise, your account has
been deleted and you have to register
again here.
If your account is
active and you can't login, please try
these steps:
- Please ensure your
tutor account is active as mentioned
above.
- Reset
your password here.
- An email will be sent
to you with a new password. Try
login using the new password.
- If it doesn't help,
please forward that email to info@nextlevel.com.my.
We need your password to check and will
login on behalf of you to find the
problem.
- You will get a reply
from us after our checking.
Some tutors can't login
due to other reasons. Please notice
these:
- Please make sure you
login at the top left corner of
NextLevel web site,
and not any other page (such as tuition
agency page). There were tutors
who tried to login at tuition agency
page before.
- Please do not turn off
your cookie setting in your
browser. Your tutor account needs
cookies turned on in order to work
properly.
- If all efforts fail
(only after you have tried resetting
password and forwarding email to us as
mentioned above), please contact us with
your browser version, Internet
connection type (dial-up, broadband or
network etc.).

Your Password
Please enter your email address
used to register with NextLevel and we will then send you a new password
to your mailbox.
Note: If you have more
than one accounts registered with the same
email, the account registered most
recently will be processed.
