Terms & Conditions - For Tutors

This document governs the agreement between NextLevel Tutor Network and the tutor.  By registering as a NextLevel tutor, you agree to abide by the rules stated here.

  • The tutor agrees that information entered about him or her is true, correct and complete.  There is an automated deregistration process that deletes tutor accounts with incomplete profile information everyday.
  • The tutor agrees to update information entered about him or her so that it is always true and updated.
  • When requested, the tutor must substantiate the necessary documents in order to prove the accuracy of his or her tutor profile.
  • The tutor must behave and dress professionally when on duty and fulfill the image as an educator.
  • The tutor must perform his or her job responsibly, timely and effectively when on duty.
  • The tutor must fulfill promises made to the customers, including the tuition price.
  • NextLevel Tutor Network does not guarantee any referral of tuition jobs to the tutor by using this service.
  • NextLevel Tutor Network can, at its sole discretion, refuse to register a tutor or deregister an existing tutor without any reason given.
  • The tutor is not under any form of employment under NextLevel Tutor Network and shall not be interpreted as so.
  • The tutor is solely responsible for collection of payments from the customer.
  • When inviting friends to visit this web site and to refer new tutors, the tutor must not spam to unknown individuals or email addresses.
  • The tutor must not register as tutor on behalf of other people without written permission from NextLevel Tutor Network.
  • The tutor agrees to indemnify NextLevel Tutor Network from any loss or liability resulting from his or her provision of services to the customers.
  • The tutor must not harvest email addresses and other personal information of other tutors and customers for any personal or business purpose.
  • The tutor must not contact NextLevel tutors, members and customers for any business purpose.
  • The tutor shall be deregistered from NextLevel Tutor Network if found to have breached any of the above rules or is believed to have breached any of the above rules, without any refund of any paid fee to him or her.
  • A tutor account will be created for the tutor to display personal profile.  The tutor gives permission to NextLevel to publish his/her personal profile (excluding IC number and postal address) that he/she enters in his/her tutor account on NextLevel web site and emails sent out by NextLevel in its operation.
  • The tutor agrees to NextLevel's privacy policy for becoming a tutor.
  • This Terms & Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice.
  • Continuing to use this service implies that the tutor continues to agree to this Terms & Conditions.
  • By registering, NextLevel Tutor Network takes it to be true that this document has been read and thoroughly understood.  If you still have any doubt or question, please contact "info at nextlevel dot com dot my".
  • If you cannot agree to the terms and conditions stipulated, please do not register as tutor or please deregister yourself.
