Using an effective and methodical approach to teaching my students, I help them improve their understanding and grow to like the subjects, and then go on to score well.
My upper sec students have gone on to local(NUS) and foreign universities (GIT, US)
I'm patient with my lower sec students, and they have developed a liking for the subjects and scored well.
I can identify and provide advice to students about choosing subjects, Army/Uni life etc. and a role model.
